BOOKING POLICY


Please read all the details of this policy before booking!!!


In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce an 50% service deposit for all appointments. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment online or by phone at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. 


A consultation is required for all new clients before booking Hair Growth Services, Scalp issue services, Chemical services and for returning clients that haven’t been serviced within 90 days for any of the previously noted services. Any services listed under the New Client Service Category can be book without a consultation. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure appointments. Deposits will be applied to services rendered.


Appointments are approved and secured once deposit is paid. Cash deposits are accepted. If you do not show up for an appointment without notice your deposit is forfeited. If appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour notice deposit will be forfeited. If deposit was not collected and an appointment was held for 72 hours or longer and is cancelled, a 50% service is fee of scheduled services is required and no future appointments will be accepted until the fee is paid. Deposit will be forfeited if appointment is canceled after 72 hours of scheduling but can be rescheduled at no charge within 72 hours with at least 48 hours notice before appointment.


Please book appointments online even if you purchased a bundle/package. Services can be scheduled during any available spot during the month purchased. All packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party. Any unused appointments are forfeited if not used by the end of the specified period. If a package appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour notice a session will be forfeited. A session can be rescheduled during the period purchased up to 72 hours before appointment date.

  • No children or guest allowed unless being serviced. (Only service children 13 and up)
  • Please be courteous by using earbuds while using your wireless devices .
