BOOKING POLICY

Please read all the details of this policy before booking!!!

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, only Consultations and a select few services can be booked without a package or membership. All other services can only be booked with a membership. 

We enforce a non refundable 50% service retainer for all bookable services. Retainers will be applied to services rendered. Single Appointments are secured once retainer is paid. Retainers can be paid by Credit or Debit only. If you do not show up for an appointment without notice, retainer is forfeited. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment by phone at least 72 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting retainer.

If retainer was not collected appointments will automatically cancel within 24 hours. Once retainer is collected, appointments can be rescheduled at no charge within 72 hours of scheduled date and time.

Membership/Package sessions have 6 to 13 days to schedule/reschedule from the purchase date with a 24 hour notice, with no penalty. Session must be scheduled or used within 6 or 13 days (depending on weekly or biweekly membership) during purchase period or it will be forfeited.

Appointments can be booked online even if you purchased a Membership/package. Just be sure to apply your membership to the appointment so you wont be charged a deposit. Services can be scheduled during any available slot. All Membership/packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party. Any unused appointments are forfeited if not used by the end of the specified period. Same day cancellations are automatically forfeited.
