BOOKING POLICY
Please read all the details of this policy before booking!!!
In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a non refundable 50% service retainer for all services booked and 100% for memberships. We kindly ask that you cancel your appointment by phone at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee.
Retainers will be applied to services rendered.
Appointments are secured once retainer is paid. Retainers can be paid by Credit or Debit only. If you do not show up for an appointment without notice, retainer is forfeited. If appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour notice, retainer will be forfeited. If retainer was not collected and an appointment was held for 72 hours or longer and is cancelled, 50% of scheduled services is required to be paid. No future appointments will be accepted until the fee is paid. Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge within 72 hours of scheduled date, with at least 48 hours notice before appointment.
Membership single sessions have 14 days to reschedule from the date purchased with no penalty. Session must be scheduled within 14 days or will be forfeited.
Please book appointments online even if you purchased a Membership/package. Services can be scheduled during any available spot. All Membership/packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party. Any unused appointments are forfeited if not used by the end of the specified period. If a membership/package appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour notice a session will be forfeited. A session can be rescheduled during the period purchased up to 72 hours before appointment date.
