BOOKING POLICY

Please read all the details of this policy before booking!!!

In order to maintain the highest quality experience for all of our clients, we enforce a non refundable 50% service retainer for all services booked and 100% for memberships. For membership holders we kindly ask that you cancel your appointment by phone at least 72 hours in advance to avoid the cancellation fee. 

Retainers will be applied to services rendered.

Single Appointments are secured once retainer is paid. Retainers can be paid by Credit or Debit only. If you do not show up for an appointment without notice, retainer is forfeited. If appointment is cancelled without a 72 hour notice, retainer will be forfeited. If retainer was not collected and an appointment was held for 72 hours or longer and is cancelled, 50% of scheduled services is required to be paid. No future appointments will be accepted until the fee is paid. Appointments can be rescheduled at no charge within 72 hours of scheduled date, with at least 48 hours notice before appointment. 

Membership sessions have 14 days to schedule/reschedule from the date purchased with no penalty. Session must be scheduled or used within 14 days or during purchase period or it will be forfeited.

Appointments can be booked online even if you purchased a Membership/package. Just be sure to apply your membership to the appointment so you wont be charged a deposit. Services can be scheduled during any available slot or you can walk in at any time during Fluent Strands business hours. (Wed - Fri, 10 am to 3 pm, Sat 8 am to 3 pm). All Membership/packages are non-refundable and cannot be transferred to another party. Any unused appointments are forfeited if not used by the end of the specified period. 

• No children or guest allowed unless being serviced. (Only service children 13 and up)
• Please be courteous by using earbuds while using your wireless devices .
